Pre-orders are paid for at the time of order and are shipped as close as possible to the date specified on the product listing. Please keep in mind this shipping date is an estimate only and while we work our hardest to send them out on time, there are factors outside of our control that could delay things. We will definitely be in touch if there is a slight delay!
If you order other in-stock items at the same time as your pre-order, all items will be shipped together when the pre-order item arrives.
If you would like to receive your in stock items before your pre order items arrive please place two seperate orders.

We accept visa and master card debit and credit cards as well as American Express and Paypal.
Is it safe to pay with my credit card on the Bump Love Maternity website?

Will I receive a confirmation email after I place an order?
Yes, you will receive an email confirmation after placing your order to confirm that we have received your order. If for some reason, you did not receive an email, please check your spam/junk folder first before emailing firstname.lastname@example.org
Will I receive a notification email once my order has been shipped?
Yes, you will receive an email notifying you that your order has been shipped.
I have just placed an order when will it be shipped?
Please allow 1-2 business days for us to process your order.
Orders that contain pre-ordered items are only shipped once the pre-ordered merchandise has arrived to us. We recommend placing a separate order for available items and pre-ordered items. Orders are not shipped on the weekends or on public holidays.
I have just placed my order, can I add another item to it?
Unfortunately we cannot add items to an existing order. A separate order must be made.
I have just placed an order but I would like to cancel it?
All orders are final. Please read our terms and conditions of sale prior to purchase. If you have any questions or queries please ask prior to ordering as once an order has been placed it will not be cancelled. No exceptions will be made.
What is a pre-order?
We often place items which are on high demand on pre-order, which means you pay for the item in full and we'll reserve the item for you.
As soon as our stock arrives all pre-orders are sent out the same day with a confirmation email sent to each customer. Please note that if you have placed an order which includes a pre-order item, the whole order will be shipped out together once the pre-order item are received.

Do you send to PO boxes?
No, a physical addresses is required for all deliveries

Yes! Sendle will send you a tracking updates via email.

Returns & exchanges
What is your return policy?
If you change your mind or aren't completely happy with the way you look and feel with you new item/s, we are more than happy to offer you a store credit or exchange. Please note we do not offer refunds unless the garment/s deemed faulty. If you would like to exchange an item please contact Bump Love Maternity at firstname.lastname@example.org for further instructions.
Can I return or exchange Items that were on sale?
Unfortunately not, all sale items are final.
How long does it take to process my return?
Returns are generally processed within 5 days of receiving your return. Your Bump Love Maternity Store Credit is issued via email. If your store credit is not showing in your inbox within 5 business days from us receiving your return, please check your spam/junk mail folder or email us at email@example.com. Refer to our Returns Policy, which can be found on our Terms & Conditions page on the website, for more details.
Do I need to use my store credit in one transaction?
No, you do not need to use your Bump Love Maternity store credit in one transaction. If you do not use the total amount, your credit balance will update and you can use the remaining balance at a later date.
How long is my store credit valid for?
Your Bump Love Maternity store credit does not expire and can be used at any time once issued.
I am an International customers, can I return items?
Yes, you can return your items for an online credit note only (credit will be given for cost of the product/s only, postage will not be credited). You can then use this to purchase an alternate size or item from our store. Re-shipping and handling charges will apply at checkout.
